As a Newbe, I was hoping someone might provide insight into the experiential unfolding of the noted topics and share with me exercises that open the door to achieving these states of awareness. I must confess that my entire search to uncovering Toltec teachings is through books. Trying to discern Castaneda's teachings on the subjects listed leaves me a little frustrated. Eagle Feather provides some insight but still not enough to go deeper. Any suggestions.
